Job summary

PT Midas Software Indonesia seeks a Structural Engineer to provide technical support for MIDAS solutions, conduct demonstrations, and assist customers with modeling, analysis, and design challenges.

You will collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sales activities, prepare tutorials and case studies, and deliver product training for engineering firms, universities, and institutions. Strong RC/steel design knowledge required; Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/structural engineering or consulting.
• Hands-on with structural analysis and design software: MIDAS GEN, STAAD.Pro, ETABS or SAP2000.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering is preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, structural design, or engineering consulting

Hands-on experience with structural analysis and design software such as MIDAS GEN, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or equivalent

Strong understanding of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structure design principles

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English

Willing to travel for customer visits, seminars, training sessions, and technical support activities

Portfolio or project reference showcasing structural design experience (optional but highly recommended)
