Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Vendor Performance Manager to monitor and drive vendor performance across manpower vendors, ensuring SLAs, daily operational support, and campaign readiness across fulfillment sites.

The role leads planning, cost control, procurement collaboration, and data-driven reporting to optimize manpower, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency for peak campaigns. You will coordinate with vendors on headcount, negotiate terms, and ensure timely reviews and compliance.

Qualifications

• Vendor Performance Management: Monitor and drive vendor performance across manpower vendors.
• Fulfillment Planning & Strategy: Design vendor model balancing cost, flexibility, and workforce commitment.
• Cost Control & Procurement Collaboration: Lead price benchmarking, vendor bidding, and cost negotiation.
• Workforce Flexibility & Campaign Readiness: Plan manpower fulfillment across logistics sites for peak campaigns.
• Team Management & Daily Operations: Lead and support day-to-day workforce allocation, attendance tracking, and vendor reporting.
• Vendor Compliance & SLA Monitoring: Ensure vendor supply meets specifications and manage adjustments for OT productivity and shift changes.
• Contract & Commercial Management: Review vendor contracts and support renewal planning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities
