Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to be based in Indonesia. You will own relationships with Brand partners, drive best-in-class digital marketing campaigns, and align activities with client objectives to maximize ecommerce growth.

You will manage paid campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping, and social platforms, while collaborating with clients to set KPIs and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or related field required.
• 2+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce marketing or related role.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads or eCommerce Marketplace Search Ads (Lazada, Shopee).

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping and social CPAS.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs and provide ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budgets with daily optimization and real-time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks and implement insights to drive growth.
• Provide analytics leadership and share performance insights with clients.
