Job summary

Fresh Factory is seeking a Vendor Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance with SLAs. You will coordinate onboarding, contracts, and data integrity across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in vendor-related roles, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets. Fast-paced environment; hyperlocal services enabling quick delivery and distribution will be central to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations, or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLA, and service quality.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and contracts.
• Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Handle vendor issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support vendor negotiation and contract renewal.
• Maintain vendor data and prepare regular reports.
