Job summary

Techconnect.id seeks a seasoned Total Rewards leader to develop and maintain a comprehensive rewards program covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition in line with corporate values.

You will conduct market benchmarking, design competitive pay structures, oversee incentive plans, and partner with Finance and HR Analytics to manage budgets, governance, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, finance, or business administration; MBA is a plus.
7–10 years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards in large conglomerates or multi-industry environments.
Experience in HR consulting, market benchmarking, or reward system design is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain total rewards strategy across pay, benefits, incentives, and recognition.
Benchmark market data to ensure competitiveness across sectors.
Design base pay, allowances, and variable pay structures for internal equity.
Oversee performance-based incentives and bonus programs aligned with KPIs.
Advise HR teams on compensation policies and best practices.
Monitor reward program effectiveness and propose adjustments to boost retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and governance standards.
Collaborate with Finance and HR Analytics on budgets and forecasts.
