Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy, by assessing the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives, identifies best practices and benchmarks, to support P&C strategy and business goals in alignment with Global Policy.
Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective. Develop and maintain sound and clear policies for P&C good governance and compliance.
Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company, related but not limited to annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
Serve as the main resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit related matters, evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends.
Lead salary surveys and market intelligence activities, provide data-driven recommendations on rewards and organization design matters, and ensure adherence to labor, tax, and governance requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to compensation, benefits, organizational metrics, employee data maintenance and rewards practices while maintaining effective controls and supporting compliance reviews.
Monitor and supervise the process of payroll administration, distribution of benefits and payroll information to employees, ensure the pay and benefits packages are in compliance with state and federal laws.
Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Compensation & Benefit area.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.
Proficient in SAP or any HRIS, MS Excel and PowerPoint capable of delivering professional presentations.
