Job summary

TechConnect is seeking an experienced Head of Compensation Systems & Rewards Tech in Jakarta to lead the development and optimization of compensation management systems. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT departments to enhance technology solutions that support total rewards programs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation systems, strong leadership experience, and the ability to drive digital transformation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation systems, HRIS, or HR technology.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Set the 3-year vision and roadmap for People Tech.
• Lead the build of a rewards platform using ML/LLM.
• Act as primary partner to CPO, CFO, and Legal on compensation policy.
