Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Total Rewards Leader to design and drive our compensation and benefits strategy globally. You will lead a payroll and rewards team, partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders, and ensure our EVP remains competitive and compliant.

The role requires 7+ years in Total Rewards with leadership experience, proficiency in data analysis and HRIS, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia. A strategic, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years in Total Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with annual reward cycles and benchmarking.
Knowledge of job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
Payroll governance and operations experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder trust.
Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and HRIS tools.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage total reward programs (compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being).
Lead annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
Provide strategic and operational guidance on reward matters to HRCA, HRBPs, and Business Leaders.
Manage and coach the Reward Specialist and Payroll team; ensure execution of processes.
Oversee payroll for various employee levels, including international payroll cases.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor law, taxation, and social security regulations.
Collaborate with Finance for budgeting, reporting, and audits related to compensation and benefits.
Continuously evaluate reward practices and propose improvements or innovations.
