Job summary

TechConnect is seeking a seasoned Head of HRIS & People Analytics to lead the group HR technology strategy across TechConnect and its entities in Jakarta, driving a data‑driven HR ecosystem with strong governance and stakeholder adoption.

You will build and lead the HRIS and analytics team, develop executive dashboards, partner with IT and Finance to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations, and measure impact of technology investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Engineering/HR or related field.
Typically 12-15+ years of relevant professional experience in HRIS or analytics.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably managing HR technology/analytics teams.
Experience leading enterprise HRIS implementation, transformation, integration, or optimization.
Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or equivalents.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their relation to data and tech.
Exposure to AI, automation, predictive analytics in HR is an advantage.
Strong executive stakeholder management and clear business communication.

Responsibilities

Define and execute group-wide HR tech roadmap and digital transformation.
Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of HR platforms across entities.
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes with AI and digital solutions.
Establish data governance and ensure data privacy and security in HR systems.
Build and lead the HRIS and People Analytics team with clear KPIs.
