Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Diploma with related experience welcomed).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management.
• Familiarity with tender procedures in IT/digital solutions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Shalat 5 times a day.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents to understand requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, and operations) to gather input for tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents comply with company and client standards.
• Maintain and update a database of past tenders, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor tender deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
