Job summary

Rafa Karya Indonesia is seeking an experienced Admin Tender to join our construction team in South Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role focuses on managing tender processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring documentation and submissions are accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate will have proven tender administration experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent Indonesian and English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender administration in construction or similar industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Understanding of tender processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise tender documentation, specifications, and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments for information and technical details for tender submissions.
• Maintain a comprehensive tender calendar and track submission deadlines.
• Review tender documents for completeness and compliance with client requirements.
• File and archive tender documents in a systematic and organised manner.
• Communicate with clients and external stakeholders regarding tender queries and clarifications.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and supporting financial data for tender bids.
• Monitor tender results and maintaining records of successful and unsuccessful bids.
• Support the tender team with administrative tasks and general office management duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the tender process.
