Job summary

DNEXIA Nusa Alterna is looking for a proactive and driven HR Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team and support recruitment and executive search services. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting jobs to candidate placement, identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, portals and networks, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management, 1–2 years in talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
• Target-oriented with strong commitment to delivering recruitment results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to candidate placement.
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies, and suitability.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Build, develop, and maintain a strong talent pool and candidate database.
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidate recommendations.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
