Job summary

Nusantics in Jakarta is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support business leaders in people management, organizational development, and workforce planning. You will manage end-to-end Human Capital operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.

You will drive talent management initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and succession planning, while handling industrial relations and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources, with exposure to HR Business Partner and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HR operations management.
• Experience in talent management, including performance management, talent review, employee development, and succession planning.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and employment regulations.
• Experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching, mentoring, and business partnering support to leadership and employees.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic Business Partner to support business leaders in strategic people management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end Human Capital operations, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent review, employee development, and succession planning.
• Handle industrial and employee relations matters, including employee counseling, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labor compliance.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leadership and employees to enhance performance, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
• Analyze Human Capital data and develop policies, programs, and initiatives to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
