Job summary

Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Commerce Account Manager to lead portfolio, client relationships, and growth across premier brand accounts. You will own end-to-end social commerce strategies including Livestreaming, Affiliate Marketing, and paid media to drive GMV and revenue.

In this senior role, you will manage client governance, coordinate with Livestream, Affiliate, and Media teams, and mentor Account Executives to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or digital agency account management.
• Proven track record in platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee/Lazada Live, or Instagram Shopping with affiliate ecosystems and paid media integration.
• Strong history of owning GMV targets, managing account growth, and leading pitches.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio GMV and revenue growth goals, ensuring campaign profitability.
• Actively spot, develop, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
• Lead pitch proposals, contribute strategic frameworks, and co-develop commercial packages with Functional Managers to win new brand accounts.
• Guide and upskill Account Executives embedded across your account teams.
