Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Social Commerce Account Manager to lead a portfolio of premier brand accounts. You will own client relationships and build full-funnel Social Commerce strategies across Livestreaming, Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Media to drive GMV and revenue targets.

You will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure campaign profitability and growth, while mentoring Account Executives embedded in account teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead Social Commerce accounts and drive GMV.
Strong communication and client leadership with C-suite stakeholders.
Experience building end-to-end social commerce strategies across platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of premier brand accounts and own client relationships.
Craft end-to-end social commerce strategies spanning Livestreaming, affiliates, and paid media.
Drive GMV growth and revenue targets for the portfolio.
Coordinate with Livestream, Affiliate, and Media teams to align campaigns with client goals.
Manage regular governance meetings (MBR/QBR) and annual planning.
Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the portfolio.
