Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, Live commerce strategy or digital marketing within fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute live commerce strategies across digital platforms and live streaming events.
• Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations: product listings, inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers and product teams to drive conversions and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise channel performance.
• Oversee customer service and order fulfilment during live events for exceptional experience.
• Improve eCommerce platform UX, checkout flow and mobile experience.
• Develop and manage marketing communications for live events across social media and email.
• Build and mentor a team of eCommerce and live commerce specialists.
