Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles.
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and closing deals.
• Must be comfortable with client visits and face-to-face business meetings.
• Strong network or connections with brands, e-commerce companies, FMCG, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience in E-Commerce, TikTok Shop, Livestreaming, Digital Marketing, Social Commerce, or Agency is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Able to manage both new business development and existing client accounts.
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, independent, and results-driven.
• English and/or Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively hunt and acquire new clients and business opportunities is required
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Introduce and sell our services, including TikTok Shop, Livestreaming, E-Commerce Operations, Content Production, and Social Commerce Solutions
• Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure meet client expectations and business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and operation
• Monitor business performance and proactively solve operational or client related issues
• Provide regular updates and reports to management
