Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or business development in shipping/logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving sales targets
• Strong sales, negotiation and project management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipping and logistics
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze client needs and negotiate contracts to secure deals
• Oversee end-to-end project management from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to meet timelines and budgets
• Monitor milestones, resolve issues, and provide progress updates to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
• Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to support delivery
• Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management
• Ensure compliance with shipping industry standards and regulations
