Job summary

PT Serasi Autoraya (SERA) seeks an experienced logistics sales professional to manage end-to-end project-based opportunities and expand market share within Oil & Gas, EPC, and Mining sectors.

You will lead solution development, pricing, and contract negotiations, coordinating with operations to ensure seamless delivery and strong customer satisfaction in Balikpapan and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major, preferably Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales with project cargo handling.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, and Mining/Energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations including heavy lift and OOG cargo.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process for project-based logistics opportunities, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, EPC, and Mining sectors.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and draft SLAs.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement to ensure feasible project delivery.
• Monitor sales pipeline and report on forecasting and billing status.
