Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience; interior furnishing sales experience is a plus.
Education: SMA diploma D3 from any major.
Strong communication, persuasive skills, fast response, and target orientation; knowledge of product is important.

Responsibilities

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Indonesia.
Analyze and identify potential prospects to expand business opportunities.
Contact and follow up with customers via telephone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries, requests, complaints, and product questions professionally.
Create, manage, and maintain sales programs using company software.
Build, update, and maintain an accurate CRM database.
Participate in daily, monthly, and annual sales meetings to review performance and targets.
Able to use Microsoft Excel (Basic) for data entry, reporting, and sales data management.
