Job summary

Ahti Interiors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across Indonesia, with responsibilities spanning Bali and Jakarta.

The role is senior, hands-on and reports to the CEO, charged with building a disciplined sales organisation and driving revenue growth. You will manage a sales team, develop key accounts, collaborate with architects and interior designers, and establish KPIs, forecasting and CRM-driven processes to expand Ahti's presence in the Indonesian

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing B2B sales teams.
• Proven responsibility for sales targets and team performance.
• Experience managing full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline, meetings, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in Indonesia and/or APAC region.
• Ability to manage and develop sales teams in international/multicultural environments.
• Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
• Professional-level English.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in architecture/interior design/construction/building materials/sanitaryware/hospitality or related B2B industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales team across Indonesia.
• Own national sales performance and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists and Account Management functions.
• Establish clear KPIs, targets and sales-management routines.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
• Improve sales processes from lead generation through meetings, quotations, closing and account development.
• Review individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build a strong culture of accountability and commercial performance.
• Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, pricing, market development and key accounts.
• Support the team on major opportunities and strategic client negotiations.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, hospitality groups and other relevant B2B clients.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve the sales organisation through technology, automation and AI.
