Job summary

PT. Schaeffler Solutions Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive Industrial OEM sales in Indonesia. You will provide technical support, forecast planning, and direct customer engagement to expand market share through Direct Business and MRO channels.

The role requires a Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, 3+ years in sales engineering, and fluency in English. Occasional travel and close cooperation with regional and German teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a sales engineer.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales objectives and strategies for Industrial OEM customers.
• Establish contact with Direct Business customers and provide technical support.
• Prepare product forecasts and share feedback with relevant departments.
• Penetrate and grow Schaeffler's sales in Indonesia Direct Business and MRO.
• Travel within the defined region.
• Monitor market and compile reports for management.
• Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
• Liaise with regional and German headquarters on technical matters.
• Enter Salesforce data and use SAP for RFQs and POs.
