Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Engineer to maintain and develop relationships with key customers and trade organizations. You will understand purchase agreements and coordinate selling efforts with internal and external partners.

The role requires knowledge of rotating pumps, mechanical seals, and related equipment, plus excellent communication and presentation skills. A BS or BA in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in process industries is preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment and API 610 knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet or exceed assigned bookings goals.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area supported.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings.
