Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer in Jakarta to maintain and grow relationships with key customers and partners. You will drive bookings, present product value, and coordinate with engineering and operations to fulfill requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in industrial sales, strong communication, and proven ability to manage complex deals across multiple teams. Travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in a relevant field with 5–7 years of sales experience in industrial equipment.
• Experience selling rotating equipment such as pumps and mechanical seals is preferred.
• Training in sales techniques, negotiations and business finance is a plus.
• Ability to lead meetings, set agendas, facilitate discussions and follow up actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven track record in achieving bookings and growth with customer partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings to meet or exceed assigned goals.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers and trade organizations.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for business dealings, handling proposals, deliveries, and warranty issues.
• Demonstrate products using MS Office tools and company materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, service teams, and manufacturing to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external channels to maximize sales opportunities.
