Job summary

• Maintains relationships with key customers and trade organizations.
• Drives bookings levels to meet or exceed goals.
• Develops regional marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
• Educates customers on product features and uses using marketing materials.
• Collaborates with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Knows design and operation requirements of rotating pumps and mechanical seals.
• Demonstrates effective product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the area you support.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals.
• Serve customers as a primary contact for all business dealings, ensuring concerns are addressed (proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty).
• Educate customers on quality, features and uses of our products through marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customers' needs.
• Maintain records and reports on quotes, status, actuals, expenses, etc.
