PT Smart Life Solutions in Surabaya is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote products, attract clients, and achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will respond to inquiries, present solutions, and close deals with professional communication.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, basic CRM knowledge, and experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or related field. A laptop and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in direct negotiation through messaging, phone calls and meetings.
• Previous experience in sales or manufacturing product sales.
• Understanding of CRM tools and software.
• Experience in selling a product of a similar niche will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attract clients and close deals throughout the sales process.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly across channels.
• Provide product and service information, answer questions, and solve problems.
• Maintain effective interaction with clients, including callbacks and correspondence.
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Organize and conduct meetings with important clients to discuss cooperation and present products.
• Follow the company's standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure deal terms are met.
