Job summary

XLSMART for BUSINESS is seeking a strategic, commercially-driven leader to unite product engineering, financial stewardship, and market execution across ICT services. You will ensure profitable, scalable offerings and drive value through disciplined governance and innovative pricing models.

The role covers productization, cost optimization, and GTM enablement, including SD-WAN+ and security integrations, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated digital transformation

Qualifications

Senior strategic and commercial leadership experience in ICT/Technology services.
Proven ability to govern COGS and OPEX with a focus on EBITDA.
Experience defining value architecture, pricing models (subscription, DaaS), and GTM playbooks.

Responsibilities

Lead the Productization Factory to architect scalable, market-ready solutions.
Govern margins and drive cost-benefit analyses across the portfolio.
Define commercial blueprint and pricing, and enable sales with training frameworks.
Oversee SD-WAN+ and SASE initiatives, aligning networking and security roadmaps.
Manage multi-cloud connectivity and enterprise service portfolio integration.
