Job description

This role functions as the strategic and commercial nexus of the ICT & Services organization, exercising a multi-dimensional mandate to drive fiscal discipline, operational scalability, and market penetration. The incumbent serves as the primary architect of the division's value proposition, operating at the intersection of product engineering, financial stewardship, and commercial execution. This role ensures that all ICT solutions and Services are built profitably, launched effectively, and sold at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

• Tasked with leading the \"Productization Factory,\". This involves: Architecting Scalable Frameworks, Service Standardization, Portfolio Integration: Harmonizing hardware, software, and managed layers into unified, market-ready solutions.
• Serving as the primary guardian of the division’s fiscal integrity, the incumbent is charged with the rigorous governance of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure). Responsibilities include; Margin Optimization: Conducting granular cost-benefit analyses and EBITDA, Vendor & OEM Negotiation: strategic relationships with principles. Lifecycle Cost Management: Monitoring the total cost of ownership (TCO) to ensure long-term commercial viability.
• Defines the commercial blueprint for the entire portfolio. This encompasses: Value Architecture, Commercial Modeling, including subscription-based models, Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), and tiered Managed Services pricing. Sales Enablement & Institutionalization: Developing high-impact GTM playbooks and training frameworks to empower the sales force to sell complex digital transformation solutions at scale.
• Strategic Networking Leadership (SD-WAN+ & SASE):
• Direct the evolution of the networking roadmap, positioning SD-WAN+ as a premier, security-first connectivity solution.
• Oversee the convergence of network architecture with advanced security layers (Firewall, SASE, and Endpoint Security) to provide a unified, cloud-native experience.
• Manage the integration of multi-cloud connectivity, ensuring high-performance access to global hyperscale environments.

Requirements:

• Hybrid Infrastructure & Connectivity: High-availability Data Center & Colocation services, alongside next-generation SD-WAN+ and Managed Network CPE frameworks.
• Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) & Mobility: Full-spectrum hardware fleets (Computing, Tablets, Smart Devices) and specialized Smart POS and Acoustic Solutions (Soundbox).
• Vertical-Specific Solutions: enterprise applications including Document Management System (DMS), Hyper Converge Infrastructure (HCI), Command Center solution, Customer Relation Management (CRM), Enterprise Resouce Management (ERP), Backup Solution, HRIS, Accounting, & Clinic Management Systems.
• Lifecycle & Professional Services: High-value human capital offerings spanning Strategic Consultation, Training, Migration, and Installation/Dismantle services.
