Job summary

Nova Buildings is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end sourcing of raw materials, structural components, and accessories for PEB projects. You will optimize supplier selection, negotiate terms, and coordinate timely deliveries to fabrication plants and job sites.

The role requires BOM analysis, ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle), CAD interpretation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to track materials against project schedules while maintaining cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in heavy industry, construction, or structural steel/contract manufacturing.
• Experience end-to-end procurement and tracking project materials in line with schedules.
• Experience with ERP tools (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle) for POs and inventory.
• Ability to read CAD or structural detailing drawings for material specs.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for spend analysis and budgeting.
• Familiarity with VAT processes; tax consultant collaboration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse BOM to identify bulk material needs (H-beams, cladding, purlins, fasteners) and issue RFQs.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier and logistics contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Plan and oversee transport of bulky fabricated steel from plants to job sites with JIT delivery.
• Track order status, expedite deliveries, and monitor supplier lead times.
• Monitor stocking, handle non-conforming items, and manage site laydown areas.
