Job summary

Galva Group is seeking a procurement lead to manage end-to-end sourcing of raw materials and supplies for a manufacturing environment. You will align purchasing plans with production, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure material availability to maintain uninterrupted operations.

You will evaluate supplier performance, optimize inventory, and work closely with Production, Warehouse, and QC teams to deliver cost efficiencies and robust vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing purchasing/procurement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of raw materials and operational supplies.
• Develop purchasing plans aligned with production requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Ensure availability of materials to support uninterrupted production processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock and stock shortages.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and QC teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare purchasing reports and drive cost efficiency initiatives (cost saving).
