Job summary

NS BlueScope Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to execute and support the purchase of materials and services across SE Asia. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant and technology-enabled Source-to-Pay operations to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency and supply continuity.

You will work with ERP systems like SAP, manage end-to-end transactions, and uphold governance and compliance standards across multiple sites, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commercial or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Minimum 3 years in transactional procurement and sourcing of direct/indirect materials.
• Strong focus on accuracy, service delivery and process compliance.
• Embrace continuous improvement and digital tools.

Job description

Key responsibilities of this role are to execute and support purchase of material and services across SE Asia. Deliver efficient, compliant and technology enabled Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations across SE Asia, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while supporting cost efficiency, supply continuity and internal customer satisfaction.

Key Focus Area

• Execute end-to-end procurement transactions for goods and services
• Ensure all purchase requests are processes within agreed SLAs
• Support sourcing activities for repeat and new requirements
• Be the point of contact for assigned NSBS countries for sourcing and procurement
• Ensuring that standards of governance and compliance in the execution of all procurement activities are maintained.

Scope of Accountability

• Source to Pay execution
• Liaise with respective procurement lead/category managers to set up price agreements in ERP
• Support supplier relationship management and respective escalation to responsible category managers if applicable
• Support supplier onboarding activities
• Stakeholder management, internally and externally
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP and relevant digital procurement tools
• Support audit requirements
• Active support to continuous improvement plan (systems, technology and processes)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree from Commercial
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments preferredMinimum 3 years in transactional procurement role
• Minimum. 3 years' experience in sourcing of direct and indirect material and services
• Strong focus on accuracy, service delivery and process compliance
