Job summary

NS BlueScope Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to execute and support the purchase of materials and services across SE Asia. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant and technology-enabled Source-to-Pay operations to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency and supply continuity.

You will work with ERP systems like SAP, manage end-to-end transactions, and uphold governance and compliance standards across multiple sites, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commercial or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Minimum 3 years in transactional procurement and sourcing of direct/indirect materials.
• Strong focus on accuracy, service delivery and process compliance.
• Embrace continuous improvement and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement transactions for goods and services across SE Asia.
• Ensure all purchase requests are processed within agreed SLAs.
• Support sourcing activities for repeat and new requirements.
• Be the point of contact for NSBS countries for sourcing and procurement.
