Mewah Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement operations, manage purchasing activities, source suppliers, negotiate costs, monitor deliveries, and ensure processes align with company policies.
You will process PRs and POs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and prepare procurement reports for cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our procurement operations. This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating costs, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring procurement processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and create Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled.
Monitor outstanding PRs and POs and follow up on pending transactions.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify alternative sources when required.
Monitor supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods.
Coordinate with warehouse and user departments regarding delivery status.
Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies with vendors.
Ensure procurement documents are complete and comply with company procedures.
Prepare payment supporting documents and coordinate with the Finance Department.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Prepare procurement activity reports and purchasing status updates.
Monitor procurement performance and support cost-saving initiatives.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience for Procurement Senior Staff.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
