PT Implora Sukses Abadi in Indonesia is seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead concept-to-launch processes for cosmetics. You will analyze market trends, coordinate with R&D, production, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering, with at least 2 years in product development or brand management, and strong presentation, regulatory, and English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Development, Brand Management, or Product Innovation in cosmetics/FMCG.
• Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
• Experience in market research, roadmapping, and coordinating clinical testing and regulatory compliance for local and international markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination with R&D and Production, and manage vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product concepts for evaluation by the team and management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to product development and scheduling.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and vendors regarding prototypes and timelines.
• Align product information across functions, including ingredients, benefits, claims, and usage.
• Coordinate local and international product registration processes, including claims and artwork compliance.
• Present to customers, training teams, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct consumer surveys to support product improvement and development.
• Coordinate clinical testing to support product claims.
• Develop roadmaps and optimize the existing product portfolio in line with brand philosophy.
