Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Data Analytics professional to collect, clean, and analyze data across financial, sales, and operational streams. You will build dashboards in Power BI, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

This office-based role in West Jakarta requires at least two years' experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in Data Analytics, especially in P&L analysis.
• Strong exposure in excel skills & data visualization with power BI.
• Able to work under pressure, has good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Willing to work fully from office (Placement in West Jakarta office).

Responsibilities

• Collecting data from various sources (financial reports, operational metrics, sales data, customer feedback).
• Data Quality Assurance: ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for analysis.
• Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure business performance.
• Designing and maintaining dashboards for real-time visibility of metrics.
• Generating regular performance reports highlighting key findings and trends.
• Trend analysis and benchmarking against industry standards and competitors.
• Statistical analysis to draw meaningful insights.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Evaluating resource utilization and productivity metrics.
