Job summary

PermataBank seeks a capable analyst for the Commercial Directorate to drive business growth through KPI oversight, pipeline monitoring, and lead distribution. You will support marketing programs and maintain customer portfolios with accurate data and insights.

In this role, you will coordinate with related units to provide timely reports and develop strategies to expand commercial banking relationships. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, as is the ability to present findings

Qualifications

• Minimum education S1, permanent employee, at least 2 years in the current position.
• At least 3 - 4 years in the banking industry. Preferably experienced in data processing, reporting, and monitoring.
• Experience in processing data and reports using Ms Excel.
• Experience in creating presentation slides with PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of customer, account, and product data is a plus.
• Possess Analytical Thinking and a desire to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Provide the portfolio and performance indicators (KPI) of the Commercial Directorate to ensure business growth.
• Monitor the pipeline, referrals, and distribute potential client leads.
• Run Marketing Programs to support Commercial Banking business growth.
• Maintain AO Code, Value Center, and Commercial Banking customer portfolio.
• Coordinate with related units to provide the latest reports and data.
• Provide insights and strategies to help Commercial growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Ad-hoc projects.
