Job summary

Aether, a new initiative under StickEarn Group, seeks a Business Development & Partnerships professional in Indonesia to grow the business through strategic partnerships and new sales channels. You will build proposals, approach retailers, and negotiate terms while collaborating with operations and e-commerce to ensure successful channel expansion.

You will contribute to go-to-market plans, research trends, and manage a partner pipeline, supported by a yearly bonus and private insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Relevant internship or experience in BD, Sales, Partnerships, E-commerce, or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Aether’s business.
• Identify and explore new sales channels, opportunities, and partners.
• Prepare business proposals and partnership decks.
• Coordinate and negotiate partnership terms with potential partners.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and e-commerce to execute new channels.
