Job summary

Electrum in Indonesia is building a connected electric two-wheeler ecosystem. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to support multi-finance collaborations, coordinate programs, and drive performance through disciplined analysis.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to improve conversion and customer experience, ensuring compliance with terms and data handling rules. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, fintech, multi-finance, or related commercial operations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented project coordination and consistent follow-through.
• Professional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with multi-finance partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track the customer application journey through approval and completion; maintain accurate performance dashboards.
• Prepare partner meeting materials, business-review reports, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate the execution of partner promotions, process changes, branch/field rollouts, and training activities.
• Investigate customer drop-offs, approval delays, system issues, and customer/operational feedback; coordinate resolution and escalation.
• Support commercial analysis, forecasts, partner proposals, and new-partnership evaluation.
• Maintain complete records for agreements, SOPs, partner contacts, program terms, and performance commitments.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Ensure activities follow approved commercial terms, compliance requirements, and data-handling rules.
