Job summary

Allianz Indonesia is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to build strategic partnerships, manage commercial discussions, and drive growth across distribution channels.

You will manage and expand partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, onboard partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills are essential for engaging senior leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Business Development or related commercial role.
• Strong track record in building and managing business relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and storytelling, with ability to create impactful decks.
• Experience in Insurance/Financial Services is a plus, but not required.
• Highly driven, proactive, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic partner relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and distribution partnerships.
• Lead partner onboarding and implementation while ensuring a seamless launch experience.
• Drive business campaigns, growth initiatives, and portfolio performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet partner and customer needs.
• Support pipeline management, business planning, and performance reporting.
• Develop compelling presentation materials and confidently present recommendations to senior management and external partners.
