Job summary

Aether in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Operations & E-commerce Staff to support the daily activities behind our online and offline sales channels. You will manage e-commerce operations on Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop; process orders; assist with inventory, events, and live-selling; and coordinate between teams to keep orders and stock accurate.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, customer service, or retail is a plus.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Aether’s e-commerce channels (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, returns, refunds, and other order-related activities.
• Monitor product inventory and conduct stock opname.
