Job summary

Mekari is hiring a Sales & Partnerships professional in Jakarta to drive new business and partner growth. You will prospect, qualify leads, schedule meetings, create and deliver presentations on Mekari products, and maintain a dynamic pipeline in our CRM.

The role requires strong communication, sales or partnership experience, and a passion for startups and tech ventures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed quotas and expand Mekari's partner network.

Qualifications

• Passionate, committed, and responsible individual with strong academic and non-academic background.
• Having Sales/Partnership experience is a huge plus
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Has an interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments
• Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others (social skill)
• Able to learn fast and is eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads / acquisition new partner
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects partner B2B
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects partner and clients
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
