Job summary

Halodoc invites a seasoned operations leader to head Homecare and oversee PMO functions, driving end-to-end event and project delivery across healthcare services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, supervise on-site events, and deliver after-action reports, ensuring quality, timely milestones, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2+ years in project management or event management.
• Experience in end-to-end project or event coordination.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onsite events from planning to post-event reporting.
• Develop and monitor detailed project timelines with clear ownership.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead admin and medical staff during event execution.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure readiness and quality by monitoring requirements and risks.
• Prepare post-event reports with performance, issues, and learnings.
