Job summary

Halodoc invites a seasoned operations leader to head Homecare and oversee PMO functions, driving end-to-end event and project delivery across healthcare services. Job Description

1. Manage end-to-end onsite events, including event planning, preparation, logistics coordination, scheduling, execution, and

post-event reporting.

2. Develop and monitor detailed project timelines, milestones, and action items, ensuring clear ownership, timely follow-up,

and completion of deliverables.

3. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout event preparation and execution.

4. Lead and coordinate admin and medical staff during event execution, including team briefing, task delegation, and on-site

monitoring to ensure smooth operations.

5. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues throughout the project, making independent decisions where

appropriate and escalating issues when necessary.

6. Ensure operational readiness and quality by monitoring event requirements, identifying potential risks or gaps, and taking

corrective actions as needed.

7. Prepare and submit post-event reports, including event performance, issues, key learnings, and follow-up actions, while

identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, event management, or a related field.

3. Proven experience in end-to-end project or event coordination, preferably in healthcare or a service-based industry.

4. Experience in leading or coordinating a team, preferably in an operational or event setting.

5. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage detailed timelines, multiple stakeholders, and

competing priorities.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external

stakeholders, and onsite teams.

7. Strong documentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and concise reports.

8. Able to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

9. Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

10. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including hands-on involvement during onsite events.
