Job summary

CISDI is seeking an Operations Senior Manager to report directly to the Vice CEO and lead the organization-wide operations agenda, including planning, performance monitoring and the coordination of organizational transformation. This role blends strong financial and operational analysis with leadership, providing recommendations to help the Vice CEO make well-informed decisions.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will translate priorities into operating plans, track progress across functions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Public Health/Policy or other relevant fields
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, strategy, business/financial analysis or similar roles incl. 3–5 years in a managerial position
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and organizational operations
• Experience in organizational transformation, process improvement or PMO management
• Proven ability to provide clear recommendations and an independent perspective to senior leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; English speaking and writing skills are required
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel and dashboard/BI tools)
• Proactive and independent, with ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in health or development sector is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead CISDI's organization-wide operations agenda including planning, performance monitoring and transformation coordination
• Ensure priorities are converted into clear operating plans and tracked across functions
• Serve as go-to person for the Vice CEO, anticipate needs and resolve cross-functional issues
• Provide independent analysis and recommendations to support senior leadership decisions
