Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, owner of premium beauty brands Hanasui, NCo, FYNE & Eomma, is seeking a Fulfillment Manager in Tangerang to optimize warehouse operations and drive efficient order processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a large, multi-shift team, plan capacity, manage WMS, and coordinate with e-commerce partners to ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics
• Experience managing high-volume B2C and e-commerce fulfillment operations
• Strong understanding of inbound, picking, packing, outbound, and inventory flow
• Experience managing large warehouse teams and multi-shift operations
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Experience in capacity planning, manpower planning, productivity management, and cost optimization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment strategy and planning to ensure efficient, accurate order processing.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, picking, packing, outbound, inventory flow.
• Lead large warehouse teams across multiple shifts ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Plan capacity and manpower; allocate shifts based on volume and growth.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, SLA, efficiency.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to boost productivity and speed.
• Manage WMS and systems to support inventory and order processing.
• Control costs, optimize manpower and warehouse expenses.
• Coordinate with E-commerce and last-mile partners for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable order processing aligned with business and customer requirements
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations, including inbound, picking, packing, outbound, inventory flow, and order processing
• Team Management: Lead and manage large warehouse teams across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, discipline, and operational effectiveness
• Capacity & Manpower Planning: Plan warehouse capacity, manpower requirements, and shift allocation based on order volume, business growth, and operational needs
• KPI & Performance Management: Monitor fulfillment and warehouse KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, SLA, and operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, improve fulfillment speed, and optimize warehouse efficiency
• WMS & System Management: Ensure effective utilization of WMS and other operational systems to support accurate inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment activities
• Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, including manpower and warehouse-related expenses, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization
• E-commerce & Last-Mile Coordination: Ensure smooth order fulfillment across e-commerce platforms and coordinate with last-mile delivery partners to support timely and efficient delivery
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Chain, E-commerce, Commercial, Customer Service, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment operations
