Job summary

adidas Group in Jakarta is seeking a Manager, Order Book Fulfillment (Supply Chain) to lead the Order Book Management, Availability and RFC activities. You will coordinate SAP-based processes, optimize stock availability and ensure on-time delivery for campaigns and launches.

The role requires a university degree and 8+ years in supply chain, with 2+ years of people leadership. Strong Excel/Power BI skills, English fluency and a strategic mindset are essential to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent education required.
Minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing people.

Responsibilities

Develop team members operational and technical capabilities to accelerate transformation and provide a best-in-class service for Orderbook Fulfillment’s stakeholders.
Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer’s expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing and redating.
Coordinate requirement collection and set up system rules for all Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).
Track and prioritize seasonal orders in cooperation with PSI and Inbound team.
Establish and track Hard Launch processes, identifying critical supply chain constraints and actions to address them.
