Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or similar roles—preferably in outsourcing, staffing, HR services, or manpower-heavy industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).
• Familiarity with contracting, compliance processes, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPO business review process by analyzing performance data and recommending improvements.
• Drive strategic planning for the business unit.
• Coordinate with holding company initiatives and stakeholders.
• Establish and conduct structured one-on-one meetings for team development.
• Conduct regular client reviews covering project status and metrics.
• Organize client meetings and act as primary contact for satisfaction.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with Finance to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Manage invoicing processes and monthly client invoicing.
