Qualifications

• 3–5 years in POSM/Promotions operations or production management.
• 3–5 years in team management and client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-market delivery for POSM and Premiums with budget tracking and reporting.
• Own high-value or at-risk projects meeting cost, timing, quality.
• Escalation point for operation issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coach and mentor delivery team to build expertise and confidence.
• Monitor performance, resolve NCRs and quality issues.
• Lead supplier and internal negotiations for cost and quality improvements.
• Partner with Client Services and Regional Director to align operations with campaigns.
• Foster collaboration, discipline, and continuous improvement across supply chains.
