Job summary

PT.Cybertrend Intrabuana is seeking a Marketing & Partnership Specialist to shape strategic marketing plans and grow the partner ecosystem in Indonesia. You will research, develop, and communicate plans to meet company goals while building strong industry relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing/communications and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong SEO/SEM and digital campaign track record, plus excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in event management is preferred.
• Strong in campaign creation.
• Proven history of success in SEO, SEM, and Digital Campaigns.
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, TikTok, etc.).
• Creative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
• Exploring opportunities to bring new potential partners.
• Supporting the management of the current portfolio of business partnerships.
• Researching and managing the pipeline of prospective business partners, assisting at new meetings.
• Providing on-going administrative support, including reporting and planning.
• Coordinating with legal consultant for any cases.
• Reviewing and preparing legal contracts and related documents to support various business activities, including participation in negotiations.
• Updating regulations related to business activities to ensure compliant implementation.
• Filing for legal documents and ensuring no missing documents.
• Managing all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence for the company.
• Proactively generating ways to advance the brand in industry media, digital campaigns, speaking opportunities and conferences.
• Creating and implementing the annual marketing plan budget.
