Sefas Group in Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support competency development, IDP monitoring, and evidence-based recommendations. You will help design LMS learning pathways aligned with employee development needs and business priorities, collaborating with HRBPs, managers, SMEs, and external partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Development, OD, HRBP, or related functions.
• Experience with competency development, IDP monitoring, or learning needs analysis.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data management and reporting.

Mansioni

• Support development, review, and validation of competency matrices and assessment tools with SMEs and department leaders.
• Analyze job requirements, processes, and development gaps to identify needs.
• Facilitate and document IDP monitoring sessions and track progress.
• Provide evidence-based development recommendations including on-the-job learning, coaching, and formal interventions.
• Assist design and monitoring of LMS learning pathways aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain competency and development records and prepare reports/dashboards for management.
